Extremely soft and light!

I bought this as an experiment to make a pair of pants. This isn't exactly its indented use, but the HyperD did quite well and the pants are very comfy and light. I recommend using a walking foot to make stitching easier.

Thanks for your review, Mac! Walking feet definitely help when working with slippery fabrics. We're glad you got to experiment with the fabric and making pants. We've got some Polartec now that would make great pants/joggers.

Father/Daughter hammock

Love the 1.6 oz HyperD for a cat cut hammock that's a little beefier for both my dog and I to sleep in this winter. Hammock is more than strong enough and dog is more than warm enough.

We love to hear that! 1.6 HyperD is a great choice for a beefier hammock, enjoy!

Perfect parachute material

I make my own parachutes for high power rockets 🚀. This material is perfect for strength and low weight. Good job Ripstop.

It's always fun to hear about people making rocket parachutes! We'd love to see some photos, be sure to share with us on social media!
