suitable for any lighter applications this would be perfect for a tent any types of covers or bags I think something just a little heavier for a backpack
Thanks for your review Derek! 0.8 oz Dyneema is commonly used for tent flys and stuff sacks! If you're wanting to make a pack, we'd recommend something heavier, 2.92 oz or 5.0 oz.
Good stuff, you run out quick so I have to be thinking in advance
We are hoping to have a steady supply! The best thing to do is sign up for email alerts when we are out of stock to be notified as soon we get it back on the website!
Can never go wrong, making bags or pack covers out of the great material
We agree! 0.8 oz Dyneema is fun for a lot of different MYOG projects!
Going to make me a pyramid tent......It should be lighter than any other tent out there.....Thanks for the heads up Ripstop
Thanks so much for the review Paul! That will be an awesome project!!! Be sure to share photos of your pyramid tent with us, we'd love to see! https://forms.gle/erH82vVyNZF8UPao8
I use the .8 for stuff sacks and ultralight dry bags, and no place better to get it from then RBTR!
Thanks so much Mark! We're glad you love the 0.8 oz DCF for stuff sacks, it's great for that! Enjoy!
