    World-class textiles don't have to cost $20/yd...

Our  210D ROBIC ®  ripstop nylon was custom woven and produced by us with simplicity and design in mind. All at a price that won't leave you destitute.

SIMPLICITY - In true minimalist spirit, 210D ROBIC® uses a basic square grid ripstop (no hex, diamonds, or thunderbolts...) combined with a super strong, high-tenacity ROBIC® nylon 6 base.

DESIGN - Matching fabrics of  different weights/thicknesses can be next to impossible. Why? Because they all look different. That's why we've taken the extra step to make every fabric in our ROBIC® pack line 100D, 210D, and  as visually similar as possible, differently only in weight and thickness.

Lastly, both our 100D and 210D ROBIC fabrics feature a proprietary backside coating called  UTS  (Ultra Tear Strength).

Unlike many traditional PU coatings, UTS is specially formulated to increase tear strength while offering excellent hydrolysis performance (I.e. breakdown of coating in water).

This fabric is  sold in 1/2 yard increments to help reduce costs for smaller projects. Please enter a whole number of half yards in the box up top. For example, if you want 7 yards total, enter "14" in the half-yard box.

210D Robic rocks!

I have occasionally been disappointed with 200(+/-) denier/4 oz./sq. yd. fabrics--oxford nylons and the occasional ripstop weave. 210D Robic, however, is fabulous: a firm hand, a small, tight grid pattern to minimize stretch and abrasion, and a good PU coating both for waterproofness and stability. Sews as easily as 500D Cordura. I have sewn a couple of items in the Robic and think with a bit of common-sense care, this should be durable stuff on the trail for folks who don't abuse their gear. (I sewed my first pack in 1970, with about 1600 more that followed under a couple of labels. Also worked in a couple of iconic Seattle gear factories, so have handled LOTS of different fabrics.) 210D Robic is schweet!

Thanks for the amazing review! 210d Robic is an awesome fabric and we are glad you enjoyed it. Its great to hear with someone as much experience as you to leave such a great review. We hope your gear lasts a long time and you get a lot of use out of it. Let us know if we can help with anything in the future, we would be glad to assist.

Great fabric for Fanny Packs

I got this great idea that I should make fanny packs for all our family (kids, grandkids) for our summer vacation. (20). This fabric has been perfect for that. I would like more colors though.

That is the cutest idea! We'd love to see photos of the family fanny packs when they are finished. Be sure to tag us on social media!

210D Robic Ripstop

A fabric with a reliable and classic feel to it. I'm in love with this fabric. Incredible fabric for the price. The weight vs shipping costs to UK is an unavoidable matter from where I am. But, I'd use this fabric any day of the week, it's tough, easy to work with. We're I relatively local -I'd have a roll of this stuff for sure; plus a 100D and a 420D.

Thanks for your review! You can't go wrong with any of the ROBICs, we're glad to know you are a fan of them all! We'd love to see some of your creations, here is a link if you'd like to share any https://forms.gle/P4EHrfiWJ5kajdrE8

I used this to make a sturdy cover for my NeoAir ultralight sleeping pad. It adds a bit of weight, but I'd rather have a functioning sleeping pad than a few extra grams in my pack! Ordering was easy and the material definitely protects the pad from my dogs nails and other potentially disasterous encounters in the backcoutry . Thanks!

Danielle- Thanks for the review! We're glad you found the perfect material to make your sleeping pad cover. We'd love to see pictures of it in the wild!

Excellent, sturdy material for reinforcement points

I used this on my tarp for reinforcement points and to patch an existing backpack.
Lovely and easy to sew and cut. May be overkill for a 1 osy silpoly/silnylon but highly recommended.
Seam grip holds very well to this. Silicone also holds, but peels easily so needs a stich.
