Great pattern

As mentioned below, good learning project - I learned a lot, especially with regards to zippers!

Glad you liked the pattern, Mark! We appreciate you.

Fun Project- Easy to make

I recommend this pattern for beginners or intermediate sewers. I had a lot of fun making it. The instructions are really clear, it's helpful that RipstopByTheRoll lists the full materials list in the details/specs of the item so you know how much you need of each thing and don't have to wait for the pattern to arrive. I made my bag out of the HyperD300 fabric. It's a nice light/medium weight for a camping or gym duffle bag. The largest bag size in the pattern is also carry-on size, which is convenient. If you have experience sewing and working with flat patterns I recommend making a lining for the inside or adding some extra pockets. It's a good intro pattern for sewing beginners because they will learn how to join basic shapes like circle to square, how to put a zipper together, use a zipper foot and work with nylon. The finished bag makes a great gift. :)
