    At a finished weight of 4.0 oz/yd 2, we designed this pocket mesh to be lightweight, yet still fairly durable. 

    100% polyester knit with some give in both directions, but not a ton as there is no elastic/lycra content (i.e. mechanical stretch only).

    Perfect for ultralight backpack pockets, clothing (jackets/pants/etc) pockets, gear bags, or any application requiring a lightweight, semi-rigid, breathable mesh.

Great quality, perfect for modifying a backpack

My daughter’s STX lacrosse backpack is great, but the pocket was too small for her Gatorade water bottle. I am modifying the pocket with this mesh so it fits a reasonable bottle. The mesh looks just like what’s already there and happy I didn’t have to buy a huge amount for a small product.

We always love to read about a modification project! What a great way to keep gear around but make it better to accommodate for how large water bottles have become these days. Way to go!
