Venom™ 200 HPU

The fabric we wanted didn't exist, so we decided to make it. 

Venom™ 200 HPU is the only high-performance UHMWPE fabric that looks, feels, and sews like traditional pack cloth.

Instead of iterating on existing materials built by scientists and sailors, we started with a simple question:

How do we make a fabric that's lightweight, super durable, and really waterproof?

Venom 200 HPU is our answer.

By using a traditional PU coating instead of plastic films, this fabric eliminates common issues like delamination and needle perforations. 

Combined with a tightly woven blend of 57% UHMWPE and 43% solution dyed polyester, here's what you get:

Extreme Durability - Our 200D Venom™ UHMWPE fiber blend delivers maximum cut, abrasion, and tear/tensile performance while remaining lightweight.

No Dye Chemicals - Solution dyeing at the yarn/fiber level, not the fabric level, results in a significantly lower environmental footprint - reducing chemicals that get released into waterways.

Max Waterproofness - A thick, non-hydrolyzing polyether PU coating that provides water resistance of >5,000 mm HH (*tested to over 10,000 mm).

Lastly, a new "super" C0 DWR repels water and keeps the face dry for longer while still being 100% PFC and PFAS free.  

We designed this fabric from the yarn up with a purpose - to give you all the performance benefits of UHMWPE in a material that sews like regular fabric. No special construction techniques or super high price tags.
