The product is great. We're very pleased with the quality and its weight.
My only disappointment was that I had entered 5 separate lengths of the same product when I placed the order so that we wouldn't have to cut it. When the order was displayed for review, it showed only one line item with the total length. I added a note asking for confirmation that we would receive 5 separate pieces, or I could cancel this order and place 5 separate orders. I didn't receive a response and expected the 5 pieces would be cut. This was not the case, and we didn't receive an email response to my note on the order. On the packing list it was stated that custom cut requests could not be done, but that it was cut in 2 pieces. I would have just placed 5 orders had I had been notified of this. It turns out OK, but I was just disappointed that I wasn't contacted.
