Please see below for our continuous cut policy. Note this policy applies to each separate product on the order:

Fabrics - < 20 yds guaranteed continuous

OutdoorINK® prints - < 10 yds guaranteed continuous

Insulation - < 5 yds guaranteed continuous

Zipper - < 25 ft guaranteed continuous

We always attempt to give a continuous-cut if possible, but splices are present in various materials due to the manufacturing process. Unless otherwise notified, all orders will be cut per the above policy.

IMPORTANT: If you are ordering larger amounts and have specific cut requirements, we can make cuts that work for you, but you MUST list these reqts in the notes section of the order. These notes can be added on the cart page. 

Also please note that as a general policy, we DO NOT offer custom cuts (e.g. 40 yd order cut into 4x10 yd lengths).

International shipping
Fabric/components - Cost based on weight/size. See shipping calculator on cart page once ready to order.
Orders containing insulation/3D mesh - Due to bulk, exact shipping costs will be billed separately AFTER your order is submitted. Once your order is packed and ready, you will be sent an electronic invoice to pay for shipping costs via credit card or Paypal. Note that your order will be held until payment is received for shipping.

Please keep in mind that international shipping for insulation/3D mesh can be costly given the size of the items. Be aware that once we cut your order, any cancellation would be subject to our standard 15% restocking fee. Thanks in advance for your understanding.

International shipping of insulation/3D mesh is currently a trial program and limited to Canada and Australia ONLY. We have no timeline for adding additional countries. As an alternative for our customers in other countries, please consider the forwarding service Shipitto.
