ULTRA™ TenX pushes Challenge Sailcloth’s ultralight backpack laminates even further, combining a 100% UHMWPE woven face with three-directional UHMWPE cross-ply reinforcement at under 3 oz/yd². A thicker 0.75 mil film improves durability for backpack applications while maintaining an exceptionally low overall weight.

• 100% UHMWPE Face: A high-strength UHMWPE woven face delivers exceptional abrasion and tear resistance at a fraction of the weight of traditional pack fabrics.
• 3-Direction Cross-Ply: ULTRA™ cross-ply fibers reinforce the laminate in multiple directions, increasing tear resistance and dimensional stability while limiting stretch.
• 0.75 Mil Recycled Poly Film: A waterproof inner film adds structure and durability while using 100% recycled polyester derived from post-consumer PET bottles.
