Comfort without the bulk.
The comfort of a pack often comes down to the spacer mesh. HEX Mesh uses an open 3D construction to balance airflow and cushioning in our lightest, lowest-profile spacer mesh.
- Maximum Breathability: The open hex pattern promotes airflow in high-contact areas where heat and moisture build up.
- Low-Profile Cushioning: At approximately 1.75 mm (1/16") thick, it adds comfort without the bulk of thicker spacer meshes.
- Lightweight Construction: At approximately 7.4 oz/yd² (251 gsm), this is our lightest 3D spacer mesh.
- 100% Polyester: Durable construction designed for packs, straps, and other high-use applications.
A premium choice for running vests, shoulder straps, fanny packs, ultralight backpacks, back panels, hip belts, and anywhere lightweight cushioning and airflow are needed. Hex mesh adds comfort and airflow without unnecessary bulk.
Sold by the linear foot. For example, enter "1" to receive one 52" x 12" section. Enter "2" to receive one 52" x 24" section. Sections will be cut continuously per our continuous cut policy listed below.
IMPORTANT - Due to size and packaging constraints, our standard max continuous cut for all spacer mesh is 6 feet. If you're ordering more than this and need specific cut lengths for your project, please put a note on your order with cut instructions. We're happy to work with you to make things work.
