I am starting small business and the fabric and print I received for prototypes are exactly what I was looking for and came out amazing. Hope to work more in near future

Thank you for leaving us a review! We appreciate you, Andrew!
The colors were on point and the material was exactly what I needed. This won't be the last time I use Ripstop By The Roll. Excellent customer service and turn around time. Highly recommend!

Incredible product, great color and fuctionality.
Thanks for the review. We're glad it's just what you were looking for. Enjoy!
I’ve ordered custom printed fabric several times before but this time was very disappointing. I ordered two yards each of two different graphics. Both pieces of fabric measured about 1.5 yards. Also the colors were nowhere close to my artwork which i have printed many times before. After contacting Ripstop, I was informed that they completely changed their printing system and that i should have gotten a print sample to verify my colors. Which is frustrating because I’ve been dialing in my colors with them over the last several orders. I saw no mention of a complete overhaul of their printing on the website. I was told if it’s been more than 5 months since the last order, i need to print more samples and adjust my colors before placing a full order. With how slow they are to ship custom prints, it could take months to get to a point where i can actually place a custom order and know that the colors should be right. As for getting shorted on the length, i guess that is what it is.
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re really sorry to hear that this order didn’t meet your expectations, especially after having successful custom prints with us in the past. We understand how frustrating it can be when something you’ve worked hard to dial in doesn’t come out as planned.
Our printing system did go through a major update recently to improve overall quality and expand capabilities, but it’s clear we didn’t do enough to communicate how this could affect repeat orders. That’s on us, and we’ll take your feedback to heart as we work on making these changes more transparent for all our customers moving forward.
We know the process of reprinting and color adjustment can be slow, and we’re actively working on ways to speed things up. Your loyalty and trust mean everything to us, and we’ll do our best to improve your experience moving forward. Thanks for sticking with us, and we’d love the chance to make this right.
