See your own bags for the family is an ace in the hole for a dreary winters day!
Thanks for leaving us a review Tim! We're glad that sewing bags helped the snowy days go by faster. Enjoy!
A friend who makes bags all the time recommended these DIY kits and they were easy and fun!

Kit more than met expectations. When one of my kits was discovered to be the wrong pattern, they sent the replacement right away. Thanks everyone!
Thanks for the review Michael! Sorry we originally sent the wrong pattern but I'm glad we could get you the correct one right away. Happy sewing!
Wow…had 9 DIY YKK kits made in 2 days. Great quality of materials from Ripstop. Only disappointed in the lengthy shipping times but everything else was amazing!
That's awesome Robin! The DIY kits are so fun to make and definitely addicting. We do apologize for the delayed ship times, but thank you for sticking with us and being patient, we appreciate you!
I really like the bag kit. We pretty simple to sew. Just note that video explained a lot of things well, except sewing the zipper to the fabric. Devin tells you the direction to place the zip and fabric, while the zipper is on top of the fabric. When goes to sew them, he switches the fabric to the top of the zip. It isn't clear with that red fabric that right side of the fabric is still face down. Most sewers will assume that what was shown on the table is the correct order. And kudos Kyle Douglass's tip to use two hands and a mouth to get the zipper on. I'll be making a few more of these for some hiking friends.
Thanks for the review Cyrilla and for the helpful sewing tip. We'd love to see photos of your zipper pack pouches!
