This was my first experience with DCF and I really liked it. Easy to work with, not what I was expecting. Service was great and the price is the best that I've found. Thanks.
I’ve worked with a few different weights of Dyneema now and I believe this was the easiest one to work with, made a great bear bag/rock kit. Plus had enough left over to make a couple wallets and a small roll top ditty bag! The fabric has a great feel
I love this stuff. Once you get a little practice and watch a few videos on line, it's easy to make a dry bag that would easily cost you $50 to buy from someone else.
I love this material for food bags. It's still lightweight, totally waterproof, and tough as nails. I find that a 1/4 yd makes a nice size zipper pouch which is good for food and toiletries for backpacking trips. A zipper pouch is a lot easier to rummage through than a stuff sack, and if made with a Uretek zipper and seam sealed, it is weather-proof for hanging. This weight of DCF is a fair bit stiffer than the flyweight stuff which makes it a good deal easier to sew.
