Post Moving Sale Fulfillment Update
Our annual sitewide sale is always the busiest time of the year, and 2021 was no exception!
Since we know you're anxious to get your order ASAP, we created this page to provide you with daily updates on fulfillment status. See below...
Fulfillment Update (as of 11/24/21, 4 PM EST)
Open Orders - All open orders will be fulfilled and shipped in roughly the order they were received. We're working hard to stay as close as possible to all originally estimated delivery dates, but heavy order volume is causing some delays.
In addition, both USPS and FedEx are shipping slower than normal due to worker shortages. Your order may arrive later than the originally estimated delivery date.
New Orders - Please expect ~3 business days of fulfillment lead time for standard orders and ~7 business days for any order containing print on-demand items. Note that fulfillment lead time does not include the time to ship your package.
Just know that we're working extremely hard to answer your questions and get all orders shipped ASAP. We love you and thank you for your patience in advance.
