1.0 oz/yd 2 Dyneeema® Composite Fabric (formerly Cuben Fiber). DCF is a patented, ultra-lightweight fabric made of flexible non-woven composite laminates which are reinforced with Dyneema ® fibers.
The 1.0 oz/yd 2 variant of DCF has twice the Dyneema fiber content and a thicker mylar layer compared to the 0.8 oz/yd 2. This makes it both stronger in tensile/tear strength and more abrasion/puncture resistant.
Great for stronger, more robust tarps/tents/shelters walls and floors, reinforcement areas, rain gear, and medium duty stuff sacks.

The 1.43 oz/yd 2 variant of DCF has a much higher Dyneema® fiber content along witha thicker mylar layer compared to the 0.8 oz/yd 2 variant. This makes it significantly stronger in tensile/tear strength, more abrasion/puncture resistant, and the lightest DCF fabric recommended for ultralight backpacks, food/bear bags, etc.
Also great for ultralight yet robust rain gear, highly durable tarps/tents/shelter walls or floors, reinforcement areas, and any type of stuff sack or packing pod.

MEMBRANE 15 is our ultralight 15 denier taffeta polyester. Similar to our MEMBRANE 10 nylon taffeta, MEMBRANE 15 combines breathability, wind/water resistance, and exceptional down-proofing with the softest hand feel on the market.
To make MEMBRANE 15, we start with a custom woven, high thread-count polyester base material. In addition to adding durability, this reduces moisture absorption compared to a nylon base.Â
Combined with a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating, the result is significantly less weight gain and improved comfort (i.e. no clammy feeling) when the fabric is subjected to rain or highly humid environments.Â
All this makes MEMBRANE 15 excel in a variety of applications including quilts, jackets, sleeping bags, garments, pillows, linings, and more.Â

Our ultralight 15 denier ripstop polyester MEMBRANE 15, like other fabrics in the MEMBRANE line, combines breathability, wind/water resistance, and exceptional down-proofing with the softest hand feel on the market.Â

MEMBRANE Silpoly is the ultralight version of our silpoly line of ultralight coated materials. At a finished weight of just 0.93 oz/yd 2, it is the lightest waterproof polyester textile available. The material features the following:Â
MEMBRANE Silpoly is best for situations where you want the lightest possible waterproof fabric.
A premium material for all projects requiring an extremely lightweight, waterproof textile. Common applications include tarps, tents, ponchos, gear sacks, pack covers, etc.
Note: this fabric is the exact same on each side. If seam sealing, we recommend using a 100% Silicone sealant such as Sil-Net.

In addition to excellent waterproof/windproof characteristics, Silpoly offers lower water absorption and increased UV resistance compared to Silnylon. Particularly useful in outdoor applications to minimize sag/stretch when wet and color fade over time.Â

The result of over a year of development, testing and pushing limits, Ventek is our custom designed, high-performance Waterproof/Breathable (WPB).
WPB fabric is exactly what the name implies - both waterproof AND breathable. To achieve this, WPB fabric uses a specifically formulated laminate film that is highly resistant to water droplet penetration, (i.e. rain), while also allowing moisture vapor, (i.e. sweat), to pass through and escape.Â
3.3 oz Ventek 30 is a 3-layer WPB fabric designed to balance weight and durability while maintaining performance, (waterproofness and breathability), that rivals big names like Gore-Tex and eVent.Â
Great for a wide range of applications such as jackets, over mittens, gaters, pants, ponchos, bivy shells, and more.Â

X-Pac V15 is a custom laminate variant from Dimension-Polyant, specifically designed for maximum performance, lighter weight, and seamless integration with our printing process. Crafted to be the same weight as the ultralight VX07, but twice as resistant to abrasion. This variant leaves out the black X-Ply grid to save weight and prevent premature acute abrasion from the protruding ripstop.Â

ECOPAK â„¢  from Challenge Sailcloth is the world's first  100% recycled  laminated pack fabric - designed from the ground up to meet or exceed the technical properties of traditional laminated nylon while also being  good for the environment.Â
The ECOPAK â„¢  line starts with a 100% recycled  REPREVE  polyester face, then adds a proprietary 100% recycled film to make everything waterproof. An environmentally friendly, PFC-free C0 DWR also provides water resistance to the face fabric.Â
