Customer Project: Ultralight pack

• An ultralight, internal frame, mountaineering backpack.  It has a volume of approximately 60  liters, not including hip and shoulder pockets, and weighs 747 grams.
• I followed the tutorial at https://www.stitchbackgear.com/articles/easy-to-make-ultralight-backpack.  Then I added some additions that I thought would be handy, to include waist belt, hip pockets, custom shoulder straps, and an internal frame of a 4 foot long, 1/4" aluminum rod cut in half and sealed in 1" webbing folded back on itself.

• Required Materials:

  Gutermann MARA 70 Thread - Gray - 1 spool
  HyperD™ 300 - Charcoal Gray - 2 yards
  Gutermann MARA 70 Thread - Black - 1 spool
  Standard Side Release Buckle - 3/4" - 3
  MIL-SPEC Nylon Grosgrain Ribbon - 1/2" / Black - 5 yards
  Dragon Tension Lock - 1" - 1 baggy
  Dragon Tension Lock - 3/4" - 1 baggy
  MIL-SPEC Nylon Webbing -5 feet.
  MIL-SPEC Nylon Webbing - 1" 10 feet.
  MIL-SPEC Nylon Webbing - 3/4" 10 feet
  Shock cord - Black / 1/8" - 1 unit
  Regular cordlock - 2 units
  3D Spacer Mesh - 1/4" - 1 yard
  YKK Coil Slider - Standard - #3 / Single - 2 units
  YKK Uretek Coil Zipper - #3 / Black 2 feet
