Customer Project: FightPFC - Pillow Fighting Championship

• Our Pillow Fights are professional events that often feature professional boxers, wrestlers and other MMA and sports professionals. We needed pillows that looked good while also being able to withstand the extreme forces of being used as a weapon. We chose the beautifully printed Hyper-D fabric from Ripstop By The Roll. We were amazed about the fast turnaround and ability to do small orders. We may use this to put sponsor logos or even fighter names on pillow cases in the future.     
• Uploading our design was easy and the ability to simply upload a single graphic with multiple pillow colors allow us to print pillow cases that span the rainbow. We're also excited about the ability to save time and money by having RSBTR laser cut our pattern to save the seamstress from that chore. 

• Required Materials:

  We chose the beautifully printed Hyper-D fabric for its strength, light weight and its look and feel. Our pillows have to be strong, but they are also being swung by professional boxers and fighters at high speeds into each others faces. So the material also has to be comfortable and soft. Our initial order was just enough to make 50 pillow cases. But our next will likely be for 150. We're also currently rolling out a PFC Kids program to over 100 Dojos that teach kids and teens various martial arts. each of those has about 50 to 200 students. So we're hoping to sell a lot of our speciality fight pillows manufactured with Ripstop by the Roll.
