My project is a 6x9 tarp with grosgrain tie outs. I decided on 1” corner tie outs to spread the load more than narrower gross grain. I left the tie outs flat sewn to put shock cord through. The ridgeline tie outs are on large reinforcement patches and longer for strength. The reinforcing patches were hot cut and hopefully won’t fray. There are two centre pullouts stitched on reinforcing patches.
