Thursday, 3/26/20 - Happy to report all operations (ordering, fulfillment, customer support) are still functioning and that we will be allowed to remain open for the foreseeable future.
Along with taking time to execute enhanced safety measures in the workplace (social distancing and sanitization), we are operating with a shorter staff than usual. Please expect a slight delay in shipping (~one day) over our normal turnaround time.
Keep in mind that the situation could change at any point, but this is where we stand today. Stay safe everyone and thanks for your immense support during this time :)

As we continue to prepare for and take action on the challenges presented by this virus, we want to keep our community of DIY and small business makers updated.
As of today (3/17/20), we are operating under a mostly normal schedule. All company functions remain in place (customer support, online order placement, fulfillment, etc) and our team is healthy.
The only exception to normal operation will be local pick-up. With an eye towards limiting outside exposure, we will not be offering local pick-up as a shipping option, effective immediately and until further notice. If you've placed a local pick-up order with us in the past two weeks, we will ship your package to you. Otherwise, we will continue to hold your order.
With that said, we will continue to monitor the situation as it develops and take appropriate action. Specifically, if there is any type of mandated shutdown, we will comply and cease all on-site operations until it's safe to resume. As things change, we will be updating this page regularly.
We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding during this obviously difficult time.
More than anything, we thank you for your ongoing support as a member of the RBTR community. Just know that we're thinking of each and every one of you.
