The zipper pull is perfect for any UL job where you want more of a refined finish than just a melted knot of string. The pull is light (doesn't register on my scale), small, but very easy to insert (just enough string to loop through). It paired very well with a #3 zipper to create a great front-pocket wallet. Now, if they just came in different colors ... :)
I use these for the Fanny Packs I make in my cottage company. The Micro Insert Zipper Pull is very high quality and worth the cost versus making your own out of cordage.
