My new Tarptent Notch Li came with one of these little hooks on the stuff sack. It was exactly what I needed for a little hangline inside my Notch. I strung a couple of these on a piece of shock cord from pole to pole in the Notch, and a couple of extra hooks hanging on the line. It's a great out-of-the-way place to hang flashlights, eyeglasses, drying socks, even a little battery powered fan that blows straight down like a ceiling fan on our hot Texas summer nights. I can leave the line in the tent when it's stowed away. I especially like these hooks because you can release stuff by pulling OUTWARD, not just by pushing in.
