1000 Denier MIL-SPEC CORDURA® nylon is the industry-leading choice for a variety of heavy-duty applications such as outdoor gear, luggage, military gear, upholstery, and sport/duffel bags.

Great material, easy to work with

I bought a few yards of this to make handlebar muffs for my dual sport motorcycle, as well as a couple of heavy-duty pouches. The material is very robust and water-resistant. I have even tested it's abrasion resistance a couple of times on the handlebar muffs. After dusting of the dirt, the material barely shows any sign of abrasion.

That sounds like an awesome project to do with the 1000D Cordura! That fabric is no joke, and is great for those rugged and heavy duty applications, enjoy!

1000 Cordura

Made a kennel pillow after my 4th store bought dog pillow was destroyed. Finally a fabric that can stand up to my dog's anxiety in his kennel!
