I made 15 of these, all in different patterns for Christmas gifts. Everyone loved them! They were so easy with all the parts provided. They're is no way I could have sewn so many different patterns without buying lots of extra fabric. Thanks
Thanks for leaving us a review Linda! We'd love to see photos of some of the ZPP Kits you made, here is a link if you'd like to share any picture with us https://forms.gle/Fisu59r7vAdHgXED6
Kit was a great way to make something useful while trying out a new material without buying a whole yard with no plan and wasting a bunch of it.
Thanks Matt! We're glad you found the kit helpful and useful! Let us know if you have any questions about creating your own gear, we're here to help!
I didn’t receive the grosgrain ribbon I ordered with the rest of my items. I wrote back and have heard nothing.
Hey David. We apologize for that. Let us know if you have any other issues, firstname.lastname@example.org
I wondered if the OutdoorINK Switzerland flag pattern on a ZPP kit might work for Ski Patrol medical pouches (Ski Patrol symbol is also a white cross on a red background). The folks at RipstopByTheRoll were quick to respond to my question as to how it might look. (FYI they were totally right.) I ordered two kits (one for splinting supplies, and one for bleeding/PPE), altering one slightly in order to make the bottom the same width as my SAM Splint.
They were quick and easy to make (even with the slight alteration) and the results were better than I had expected. The Dynema fiber and water resistant zippers means my supplies wont get wet from snow/rain, and (assuming my sewing holds up) they should be durable enough to withstand years of use/abuse. The easy access and organization of my gear means better response/treatment for inquired skiers, and less clutter in my pack. The bright red/white will make them difficult to loose in the snow, and I am sure to be the envy of my fellow patrollers.
What a great idea and project! Thanks for sharing more about your project, we'd love to see photos so be sure to tag us on social media! The medical pouches made with Dyneema should last and hold up really well for many years to come, even in the intense weather and environments. Stay Safe and Enjoy!
Very easy project and turned out great the printed graphics are awesome.
