  • Matte finish (i.e. not shiny) waterproof coil zipper chain by HHH Zipper.

    This is regarded by many as the #1 zipper brand in Korea. Very high-quality construction with smooth operation. 

    This zipper is used in a variety of applications, including outdoor gear, apparel, luggage, sporting goods, etc. 

    Sliders must be purchased separately. Use with HHH brand #3 and #5 reverse mount sliders, depending on what size coil zipper you're buying.

    We do not recommend mixing brands of coil zipper and slider. For example, do not purchase YKK sliders for HHH coil and vice versa.

    *Sold by the linear foot. For example, enter (3) for a three foot section of zipper.

    IMPORTANT - All cuts of zipper will be made continuous up to 25 ft. For anything longer, we will cut the zipper in 25 ft increments.

HHH Waterproof Coil Zipper sews easily

This zipper was a breeze to work with once I figured out how to add the zipper pull (which also was easy). The zipper is easily cut to length and also sews easily on my regular sewing machine. I have yet to try the bag in the rain so I can’t speak as to its waterproofness.

HHH Waterproof Coil Zipper

Ripstop by the Roll has been my #1 place for top-notch fabrics and hardware for many years. I've made hammocks with zippered mesh covers, rainflies, added pockets to backpacks, bikepacking bags, etc, and it all starts at here.
The HHH Waterproof Coil Zipper was a fist-time purchase, and it did not disappoint! I built a bikepacking top tube bag that spans from the headset to the seat tube, and I wanted a stout zipper that could be opened and closed with one hand. I put two pulls opposite each other so the bag is closed when the pulls are at opposite ends. This allows me to access one side it the other without opening the whole thing.
I highly recommend this zipper I was able to open and close the bag with one-hand while still riding everytime on a recent bikepacking adventure.
If I had to remake this bag again, I'd do it exactly the same.

great quality

the zippers and the pulls are great quality i have been making hipbelt pockets and they work great. Only issue is that I just recently ordered 10 feet and I started pulling the zipper out of the bag it arrived in 12 inch increments and I would pull out enough to cut and I got to number 6 and the zipper came out completely. I did the math and I was shorted at least 3 full feet. I know mistakes happen but WOW that is unexceptable.
