Specs

X-Pac V15 is a custom laminate fabric from Dimension-Polyant, specifically designed for maximum performance, lighter weight, and seamless integration with our digital printing process. Now in ATACs Camo.

Similar finished weight as the ultralight VX07, but with twice the abrasion resistance. This variant is made without the black X-PLY grid to save weight and eliminate potential abrasion points from protruding ripstop.

Highly durable fabric best used for lightweight yet super tough backpacks, bags, rain gear, pouches, packing pods, etc.

V15 is a laminate fabric comprised of the following layers:

-150D Polyester face

-0.25 mil PET film

-50D Poly Taffeta backing for abrasion resistance

Makes a neat change having the sheer face instead of the familiar 'X'. It should retain a look that doesn't change as time goes by, like VX usually does.
I've already incorporated this into a pack I'm working on with matching stretch, mesh and webbing. Looking awesome!

Flawless and Tough....

This stuff is incredibly tough and the print is very true to dyed counterparts. I'm particularly impressed with the stretch resistence from stitching holes and grommets. I was worries it would deform under tensile load (from over stuffing), but alas, it did not during my seam tests with basic tight machine stitch. Furthermore, it's light as heck (about 1/4 the weight per sq. yd. than the 1000D Cordura) and maintains a slight stiffness (ever slightly more than my past favorite counterparts as 500D and 1000D Corduras) which, for my backpack purposes, is perfect. It's worth every penny for this magical textile...
