CSM polyester (aka Hypalon) is an extremely durable, waterproof, and weatherproof rubber sheet material.
Along with being super durable, it's highly UV resistant, making it an excellent choice for long-term outdoor applications. Being rubber, it's also resistant to things like mold and fungus growth.
