If you're purchasing one of our Bag Buff patterns, you can spend hours printing and taping a gazillion tiny papers together OR take a shortcut with our template plus digital pattern bundles.

Along with access to the digital pattern, this bundle includes a full-size, printed template that makes the layout and cut portion of your DIY build easy and enjoyable.

Simply cut out the pieces, place the templates on your material, trace, and cut. No headache, no guesswork, no "oops."

Each template is printed by us in high-resolution black/white on durable, heavyweight paper stock for multiple uses over time.

Templates are shipped bagged and folded into approximately the size of a sheet of notebook paper (8.5" x 11").

Great pattern, Horrible Instructions

I really like the pattern. Makes a beautiful and comfortable backpack.

The instructions are very difficult to use and understand. All written in shorthand abbreviations. It required lots of back and forth from a cheatsheet. Still some parts were never clear to me. As an experienced sewer I was able to figure it out after some trial and error and plenty of stitch ripping.

If the instructions were improved this could be 5 star. As they are now, i found it almost unusable so I have to give it a 2star. I could never suggest this to a beginner. I guess most people also pay for an additional video to do the same as the instruction, but was warned that was confusing as well so chose not to.
