
1. Role Overview
The Social Media and Content Manager will own the creation, execution, and performance of our organic content engine, transforming our products, expertise, and customer stories into consistent, high-quality content that drives awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.
Content has been a persistent bottleneck across key growth channels including paid ads, organic social, product education, and emerging media formats. This gap is limiting our ability to scale demand, support product launches, and fully leverage the strength of our brand and customer base.
This role exists to remove that bottleneck by bringing dedicated ownership to content production and distribution. The ideal candidate is both technically skilled and creatively driven—capable of producing high-quality photo and video assets while translating complex, technical topics into clear, engaging, and socially native content. They are a maker at heart, a strong communicator, and someone who motivated by community.

Keeping RBTR relevant by being active on key accounts

Manage the inbox of all associated platforms

Salary:
