Shipping Complications: Australia + Domestic

We’re incredibly sorry for any and all inconveniences that these complications are causing.  
These problems are not from unwillingness on our side but from unavoidable delays and shortages within international shipping systems.  

 

USPS: 

International: We have identified specific issues in orders to Australia + New Zealand. Many countries are being affected by the results of the pandemic including full shipping suspensions due to transportation unavailability. *More Countries listed below*

We have been made aware of a change in how USPS international shipments are being handled. If your international USPS is showing "USPS Awaiting Item". You need to expand the tracking history to see the most up-to-date information.  

 

Domestic: Even stateside, we are seeing many delays in shipments and deliveries. Please give ample time for your package to arrive.
