For our 2024 Maker Sponsorship Team

We’re looking for  qualified makers and skilled creators to join our maker sponsor team. 

 

All applicants will receive an email by February 12th. 

 

The goal of our marketing team is to  captivate our audience and assist in confident buying. We have designed this campaign to inspire future makers, to meet and develop relationships with creatives, and empower our marketing team with great content to continue to achieve our mission.

 

Our team of sponsors are paid to use their creativity to capture and convey the making process that we enable through our products.  We run this program to show our community that anyone can make great gear. With the resources we deliver, the products we carry, and the community that we service, you can do great things. We want to support your journey and highlight your imagery along the way.

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Have plans for a weekend excursions or backyard expeditions in 2024

  • Have the desire (and time) to make your own gear

  • Have a passion for great photography

Who we are looking for

 

We are looking for people who are DIYers at heart and are passionate about great content. You don’t need to be an experienced maker, just have a DIYers mindset and a camera at the ready.

 

Someone who is...

  • Passionate about making great content

  • Eager to make their own gear

  • Socially aware and empathetic

  • Creative, excitable, intuitive, hands-on, communicative, curious, innovative, kind, passionate

  • Consistently recreating outdoors

 

We will be selecting a total of 4 makers.

 

Note: We will not be selecting makers that have a cottage company or sell their gear. Must be an individual or amateur maker.

 

Compensation

 

You will be paid:

  • $250 Cash (via PayPal)

  • $500 RBTR Gift Card

  • Free Shipping (up to a $75 value)

  • *All products on RBTR Website are included + Custom Printing with OutdoorINK

 

Shot Requirements

 

Sewing/Designing - x15

- Photos that highlight the sewing process. We want to see the sewing machines mid-process.

 

Hero Shots - x15

- Show you and your gear in the wild!

- We want to see the remarkable vistas and your beautiful face.

 

Product Style Shots - x5

- Up-close shots of the gear you created, think product style shots so viewers can see the details.

- We will use these photos to highlight the components, narrow goods, and other accessories on your gear.

 

Extra Credit

INSTAGRAM

- Post regular progress to your IG account

- Tag @ripstopbytheroll in photos where the material is used
