IMPORTANT - This season is our busiest time of the entire year. Please expect delays in both fulfillment and customer support. Just know that we're working hard to answer your questions and get orders shipped ASAP!

Fulfillment Lead Time (updated November 22nd, 5 p.m. EST) - See below for our current estimated lead times. This is the time you can expect between placing your order and it being shipped:

Standard orders - ~7-8 business days

Orders containing OutdoorINKâ„¢ printed items - ~12 business days

Our team is pushing to reduce these lead times as quickly as possible. 

What we've done:  

  • Increased the number of staff members in fulfillment 
  • Implemented a new stock-take system for more accurate inventory 
  • Created better systems for restocking certain items
