Lead Times (Updated 10/31/2024)

IMPORTANT - This season is our busiest time of the entire year and the response to this year's sale was unprecedented. As a result we are slightly outside of our expected lead time, especially for orders containing custom print.  

Our team is pushing to reduce these lead times as quickly as possible. 

What we've done:  

• Increased the number of staff members in fulfillment 
• Added additional hours and shifts outside of our normal working hours
