Holiday Closure and Fulfillment Update

Hi Guys!

All operations, including shipping and customer support, will be closed for the New Year  holiday on Friday, 12/31. We will return to the office on Monday, 1/3. 

We're also finally moving into our new facility next week! We have a tentative schedule of closing all operations at ~1 PM Tuesday, 1/4 and reopening Friday, 1/7. During this time, we will not be able to ship any orders. We'll update this page as the week progresses.

Fulfillment Update (as of 12/31/21, 10 AM EST)

Open Orders - All open orders will be fulfilled and shipped in roughly the order they were received. We're working hard to stay as close as possible to all originally estimated delivery dates, but heavy order volume is causing some delays.   

In addition, both USPS and FedEx are shipping slower than normal due to worker shortages. Your order may arrive later than the originally estimated delivery date. 

New Orders - Please expect ~3 business days of fulfillment lead time for standard orders and ~7 business days for any order containing print on-demand items. Note that fulfillment lead time does not include the time to ship your package.  

Please know that we're working extremely hard to answer your questions and get all orders shipped ASAP. We love you and thank you for your patience in advance!
