I created this custom framebag for a friend. It is a rolltop on the driveside with a hidden lower zipper and horizontal internal divider for tubes/tools near the bottom bracket. The non-drive side has a #5 YKK molded tooth zipper and a 6" tall pocket for tools/phones/misc.
Without getting into too much detail:
Traced enormous Mahall custom gravel frame on cardboard
Cleaned up linework, drew zipper/rolltop placement, added 3/8" seam allowance
Contructed two side panels and center portion
Sewed all together inside out and added bias binding to seams
Flipped right-side out and installed on bike
Required Materials:
2 yards of OutdoorINK XPAC V21 RS in 'Coloring Book' for side panels and middle inner
Insulated Reflectix sandwiched between middle portion fabrics for shape/padding
Scraps of Cordura 1000D in lime green
Remnants of 2.92 oz Dyneema Composite in black for middle outer
