Customer Project: Purple V15 framed backpack

• The main compartment is 40 L. The weight is 25.7 oz/728 g. Two vertical struts inside the backpack and a horizontal strut inside the hip belt. Shoulder straps are designed to carry the weight on the upper chest wall, not the trapezius. This is the third generation of this general design and it carries very comfortably.

• Required Materials:

  Purple X-pac V15, 1.5 yards.
  The vertical struts are fiberglass reinforced polyester, 3/16 diameter. 24" long.
  The horizontal strut is polycarbonate sheet 1/16" thick by 16" by 1 1/4".
  Hipbelt, removable back pad and shoulder straps are 330D Cordura.
