I needed a bag to protect and transport my Paramotor Hoop and propeller parts safely.
Step 1: Measure and plan out everything (on video). I had to make sure the props, hoop spars, and hoop sections would all fit in the bag. Step 2: Receive Materials and Tie Dye the white with a green and navy dye. Step 3: Cut outer bag from tie-dye cloth, liner from 1/8" felt, and inner cloth from green ripstop. Sew together. Sort of resembles a giant green taco at this point. Step 4: Cut and assemble hoop spar section, install zipper, and sew to inner surface of case. Hoop spar bag is made to match the inside of the bag: Inner layer of green ripstop, liner of felt, and outer layer of green ripstop. Step five: Make Propeller sleeves. Inner and outer layers are Tie-Dye with a felt liner in between. Sewn to the opposite side of the bag from the spar section. Step Six: Install, pin and sew zipper sections onto the bag. Check for fit. Go to the airfield!
