- When making a back kit, wrap a piece of resin to reinforce the mouth. The buckle is attached so that the belt length can be adjusted, and the belt end is folded back so that it will not come off easily.
Attach the inner and weave both sides of the bottom inside. Since DCF is transparent, the printed pattern cannot be seen unless the inner is white or silver.
The inner protects the camera, etc. and retains its shape to prevent contact with each part of the bicycle.
Attach the mounting adapter with blind rivets and washers.
Finally, tape the inner joint (bottom). This is to prevent small or sharp objects from falling.
Since the DCF is worn off from the sharp corners, it is necessary to cut off the corners (edges of the creases) of the plastic inner. -
