Customer Project: Lightweight Top Quilt

• MATERIALS

• Lightweight Top Quilt
• 1. made a plan on paper. Invaluable!
  2. cut fabric to size
  3. marked locations for noseeum baffles
  4. attached tape then sewed noseeum to both pieces of fabric.
  5. sewed both long sides.
  6. attached grosgrain ribbon along long sides.
  7. stuffed bag with 250gms of down.
  8. sewed short ends.
  9. threaded cord and shock cord through grosgrain loops to allow for sinching
  10. lay on the bed and tried it out. It works!

  0.66 oz MEMBRANE 10 taffeta nylon × 2 Deep Purple

  0.66 oz MEMBRANE 10 taffeta nylon × 2 Crimson    

  1.5 mm MINI cord × 2

   Mini cordlock × 1

   MIL-SPEC Nylon Grosgrain Ribbon × 1 1/2" / Black

   Shock cord × 1 Black / 3/32"

   0.67 oz Noseeum Baffle material × 1 2.5”

   850+ goose down 250gms
