Customer Project: Lightweight Top Quilt
by Jo Taylor
- Lightweight Top Quilt
- 1. made a plan on paper. Invaluable!
2. cut fabric to size
3. marked locations for noseeum baffles
4. attached tape then sewed noseeum to both pieces of fabric.
5. sewed both long sides.
6. attached grosgrain ribbon along long sides.
7. stuffed bag with 250gms of down.
8. sewed short ends.
9. threaded cord and shock cord through grosgrain loops to allow for sinching
10. lay on the bed and tried it out. It works!
Please note: Kudos must go to Tacblades for his top quilt design. He reviewed it on Youtube and although I have decided lace my quilt a little differently, it is based very closely on his design. Thanks #tacblades -
