A 40 liter pack using ECOPACK EPLX200 Challenge Sailcloth
I utilized a pattern from stichback for a TH40. I added pockets to the waist straps and changed the frame from a sheet of plastic to carbon fiber rods to save weight. Add the pockets to the belt front before sewing the pieces together. Add the 3 cross rods and pockets for the two upright rods to the pack back before sewing to the back to the front
