Customer Project: ECOPAK 40 Liter Pack

• A 40 liter pack using ECOPACK EPLX200 Challenge Sailcloth
  
  
  
• I utilized a pattern from stichback for a TH40.  I added pockets to the waist straps and changed the frame from a sheet of plastic to carbon fiber rods to save weight.  
  Add the pockets to the belt front before sewing the pieces together.  
  Add the 3 cross rods and pockets for the two upright rods  to the pack back before sewing to the back to the front

• Required Materials:

  1 Yard ECOPACK EPLX200 - Silver (You will not use it all)
  1/2 Yard ECOPACK EPLX200 - Lemon Lime (You will not use it all)
  1/2 Yard Spacer Mesh
  1 Polyester Webbing 1500lb Rainbow
  6 1" Ladder Locks
  3 Ultralight Kitty Clips
  1 Standard Side Release Buckle
  1 Belt Flat Clip Buckle
  1 D Ring
  12" of Waterproof Zipper
  2 zipper pulls
  Thread
  Tyvek Tape for seem sealing
