This is a tapered framebag that I made for my partner's Salsa Mukluk fatbike. It has all the space for layers, water, and snacks on snacks. Both sides use a YKK #10 molded tooth zip for durability when over-stuffed. Drive-side is one full sized pocket, and non-drive has a 6" tall sleeve for phone, tools, etc.
Traced frame on cardboard
Cleaned up linework and added 3/8" seam allowance
Drew out zipper and velcro placement on pattern
Created side panels and middle section
Assembled inside out and attached binding
Tacked binding at velcro and stress-points
Flipped rightside out and attached to bike
