This is a 3 meter, mid aspect ratio power kite made from 0.51oz DCF fabric. Bridled in 200# vectran cordage.
The kites are designed using 3D CAD software, printed on a designjet 500 as templates and hotknifed from the fabric. Technora bridle attachments are sewn directly to the ribs so that no force is transferred to the seams. All seams are taped and sewn.
