1680D Ballistic nylon is a super tough basket-weave synthetic and one of the most durable fabrics we offer.

This is a rugged, highly abrasion resistant fabric that can handle a beating. Great for reinforcing high-wear areas or creating bomb-proof gear that can take anything you throw at it.

Typical applications include work wear, backpacks, briefcases, luggage, chairs, elevated pet beds, horse blankets, and a variety of custom cases and covers.

Made a generator cover out of it, sewed great and the father in-law was happy 😃

I recently made a toolpack for a FS wilderness crew. I think this 1680 is going to hold up to many years of abuse.
